Annual Reports

Rinker’s financial year runs from April 1 to March 31. Financial results are released in November for the first half (six months to September 30) and May for the full year (twelve months to March 31).

Rinker’s annual report is a vital source of information for investors. The annual report for the year ended March is available in hard copy around mid-June. It is produced and printed in two parts – concise report and full financial report.

In addition, Rinker’s annual report on Form 20-F is filed with the SEC.

Rinker’s half-year report is available from late November.
